Saguaro Scientific also offers sourcing services through which customers may request assistance identifying manufacturers, OEMs, suppliers, direct-source alternatives, or purchasing options for laboratory products and equipment.

Products, services, availability, specifications, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

2. Saguaro-Produced Products

Certain products sold by Saguaro Scientific are designed, manufactured, assembled, or produced by Saguaro Scientific, including select benchtop organization products.

These products may be manufactured using additive manufacturing or other production methods.

Because of the nature of these processes, minor cosmetic variations may occur between individual products or production runs.

These may include minor differences in:

Surface texture
Layer appearance
Finish
Color shade
Small dimensional tolerances
Seam or manufacturing marks
Other non-functional cosmetic characteristics

Reasonable cosmetic variations that do not materially affect the intended function of the product are not considered defects.

Product specifications provided on the applicable product page govern the intended dimensions, materials, capacity, and use of the product.

If a specific dimensional tolerance, compatibility requirement, finish, or other characteristic is critical to your application, contact Saguaro Scientific before ordering.

References to common product sizes or formats, such as “15 mL conical tube” or “50 mL conical tube,” describe generally recognized laboratory formats but do not guarantee compatibility with every manufacturer or variation of that format.

Dimensions and designs may vary among manufacturers.

Where compatibility is important, customers should review the applicable dimensions or contact Saguaro Scientific before purchasing.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated confirmation that we received your order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Saguaro Scientific may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Production capacity
Incorrect pricing

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

6. Inventory and Made-to-Order Products

Some Saguaro Scientific products may be produced in limited quantities or manufactured in batches.

Inventory displayed on the website may reflect finished inventory available for immediate fulfillment.

Where appropriate, we may also accept orders for products that require additional production time.

Any estimated manufacturing or fulfillment timeframe is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

7. Pricing

Saguaro Scientific may offer promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, or other offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Promotions may not be combined.
Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively.
Coupon codes may be subject to expiration dates, product restrictions, quantity limits, or minimum purchase requirements.
Promotions have no cash value.

9. Payment

Availability of international shipping does not constitute a representation that a product may legally be imported, sold, or used in every jurisdiction.

14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Saguaro Scientific within five (5) calendar days of receipt.

Please provide:

Product and quantity affected
Photographs of the product and packaging when reasonably requested

We may request additional information necessary to evaluate the issue.

If we determine that a product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we may:

Please retain affected products and packaging until instructions are provided.

15. Returns and Refunds

Unopened Standard Products

Eligible unopened and unused standard products may be returned when a return request is made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

In resalable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns are subject to approval.

Opened Consumables

Opened consumable products are not returnable.

This includes products whose original container, bag, seal, sterile barrier, or protective packaging has been opened.

Saguaro-Produced Products

Unused Saguaro-produced standard products may generally be returned under the standard return policy unless a product is:

Customized
Made specifically for the customer
Modified at the customer's request
Specially produced under an agreed specification

Normal cosmetic manufacturing variations described in these Terms do not by themselves qualify a product as defective.

Custom and Specially Sourced Products

Custom, specially manufactured, specially ordered, or specially sourced products are generally final sale and non-returnable, except where:

The product is defective
The product arrives damaged
The incorrect product was supplied
Saguaro Scientific expressly agrees otherwise in writing

Additional restrictions may be stated in the applicable quote.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for approved standard returns.

If a return results from an error by Saguaro Scientific or a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Saguaro Scientific will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

16. Order Cancellations

Cancellation may be possible before an order enters:

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, the applicable return policy generally applies.

Custom, specially manufactured, or specially sourced products may not be cancelable after production, procurement, supplier commitments, or other nonrecoverable costs have begun.

Saguaro Scientific offers sourcing assistance for laboratory products, consumables, equipment, and related items.

Customers may submit information regarding products or equipment they currently purchase, are considering purchasing, or would like assistance locating.

Submitting a sourcing request does not constitute an order and does not obligate the customer to purchase anything.

Submission also does not guarantee that a requested item can be:

Identified
Located
Quoted
Purchased
Imported

18. Direct-Source and Alternative Products

Saguaro Scientific may identify products that appear to originate from, correspond to, or be manufactured by the same or similar manufacturers as products offered by other sellers.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Saguaro Scientific does not guarantee that an alternative product is identical to another branded or distributor-listed product.

19. Sourcing Quotes

A sourcing quote may include:

Quote expiration date
Cancellation restrictions

Other transaction-specific terms

Quotes are generally subject to availability and may expire on the date stated.

Pricing and availability may change after quote expiration.

A customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the specifications and terms contained in a quote before purchasing.

Where transaction-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the transaction-specific written terms control for that transaction.

20. Sourcing Fees and Compensation

Saguaro Scientific may earn revenue, margin, sourcing fees, service fees, or other compensation in connection with sourced products or purchasing services.

Any fee expressly charged to the customer will be disclosed where applicable.

Saguaro Scientific is not required to disclose confidential supplier pricing, internal margin, supplier arrangements, or other proprietary commercial information unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

21. Customer-Provided Information and Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide information or materials submitted to Saguaro Scientific.

This may include:

Drawings
Specifications
Photographs
Product information
Catalog listings
Equipment lists
URLs
PDFs
Other files

Saguaro Scientific may share relevant product information with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, freight providers, logistics providers, or sourcing partners where reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill a request.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, personally sensitive, or otherwise restricted information unless:

It is necessary for the request, and
You are authorized to provide it.

22. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Products sold by Saguaro Scientific are intended for appropriate laboratory, research, testing, industrial, educational, or professional applications consistent with applicable product information.

Customers are responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saguaro Scientific's aggregate liability arising from a particular product, order, transaction, quote, or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to Saguaro Scientific for the product, order, transaction, or service giving rise to the claim.
